These General Conditions (GC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all beauty and well-being care services offered by Rituels Nomade, via its website, its social networks, or the Fresha reservation platform.
By booking a service, the Client acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them fully and without reservation. In the event of a discrepancy between several versions, the version in force at the time of booking shall prevail.
The Customer is redirected to the external Fresha platform to create a personal account and finalize their reservation. Data management on Fresha is subject to their own terms and conditions. Confirmation of the reservation constitutes acceptance of the Rituels Nomade Terms and Conditions.
The client selects their service, the desired date, and time via Fresha. The reservation becomes firm once confirmed. They receive a summary email.
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. Payment is due at the end of the service, on-site, by cash, Twint, or SumUp card. No payment is required when booking online. Rituels Nomade does not store any banking information.
Article V: Gift vouchers and prepaid packs
Rituels Nomade offers gift vouchers and packages valid for 6 months, delivered by email or post. No vouchers are issued without prior payment via Twint or invoice. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except by special agreement. Prepaid packages are also non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the payment date.
Article VI: Provision of services
Services are provided at the client's or provider's home. For in-home care, prior contact is required to confirm the terms of the service. If the client is unable to attend, a new appointment will be offered. No refunds will be issued. A credit note is available upon prepayment.
Article VII: Delays, Absences and On-Site Conditions
The Client agrees to be present on time, in a clean and suitable location. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the service may be reduced or canceled, and partially or fully billed. If the location is unsuitable, the service may be canceled and billed at 50%. In the event of no-show without prior cancellation, the service is due at 100%.
Article VIII: Charter of Respect and Safety
The Client agrees to behave in a respectful, correct, and appropriate manner. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service, which will be billed in full, and may be subject to reporting.
Article IX: Consent to Care
Before each treatment, a form is sent to the Client to collect their consent and health information. By signing this form, the Client confirms that they have provided all relevant data and agrees that the treatment is aesthetic and not medical. Rituels Nomade declines all responsibility for any adverse effects related to an omission or failure to follow instructions.

The Client may authorize the taking and use of before/after photos for communication purposes. This authorization is optional, can be withdrawn at any time, and has no impact on the service provided.
Reviews left may be published with the Customer's consent. Rituels Nomade reserves the right to moderate or delete any inappropriate reviews. Reviews are kept for a maximum of 5 years and can be removed upon request.
Rituels Nomade is responsible for the proper execution of treatments, except in cases of force majeure, fault of the Client, or external technical problem. No compensation can be claimed for interruptions of third-party services (Fresha, SumUp).
All complaints must be made within 48 hours. Rituels Nomade may offer a credit or adjustment if the complaint is deemed justified. No warranty applies in the event of misuse of advice or subjective expectations.
Personal data is treated confidentially. In accordance with the Swiss DPA, the Client has the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of personal data. Requests should be sent to: rituels.nomade@gmail.com.
All content (texts, photos, logos, visuals) of Rituels Nomade is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.
Discounts, promotions or discount codes cannot be combined with each other, unless otherwise stated in writing by Rituels Nomade.
Rituels Nomade reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of booking.
Les présentes CG sont régis par le droit suisse. En cas de litige, le for juridique est fixé à Martigny (VS), sauf disposition impérative contraire. Le Client reconnaît la validité juridique des échanges électroniques comme moyens de preuve.
